"The worst of the worst i had 2 vehicles insured with them and both got vandalized un my neighborhood got them both fixed by submitting claims. The year after it was time to renew they call me to give me a time frame to switch to another company because I was a liability to them since my cars were to expensive. Was paying full cover for a big chunk and now I paid half of what I was paying. Glad they did that. But still I will never recommend"

"Omg. I can’t say enough about how Jojo went above and beyond for my sister in law and me. She was not even my late father in law’s agent but she liased with them in order to facilitate much needed paperwork. After that she advised me about my own car insurance rates as I am looking to switch and that led to conversations about life insurance. "The matter was not resolved. I would never take the State Farm supplemental insurance again because of the horrible experience I had with you guys. My claim was never processed correctly. According to you guys and Statefarm 1800 number you guys could not send a fax successfully. I definitely feel as if you guys just gave me back a few dollars (totaling the amount I paid in, so basically a refund) to brush me off. Also - you guys were never able to insure my motorcycle even after a former employee saved the quote for the motorcycle. Truth be told You should have never lost that employee because the people you had working on my policy could never get the job done. You never answered any of THE MANY emails I sent you asking you to assist but you respond to Google reviews posing as if you guys resolved the issues? Why didn’t you just answer my emails so we could have worked on it before I had to leave you a review to get your attention? I attempted so much to work with you guys and nothing was able to be accomplished. Till this day we still have an issue. I contacted the 1-800 number to be transferred from you guys to someone who can handle my policy’s with out so many hiccups. How ever another problem now exist. All my vehicles were not transferred over. It’s always an issue here now. My jeep grand Cherokee policy isn’t even listed on my State Farm account. And Tiffany began to get very disrespectful when I asked her if she can confirm what was done. Emailing me with “!” At the end of her sentence Please let me know if you will like me to share the pictures for proof"
